Nuovi thin client VXL Itona basati su processore VIA C7
VIA Technologies annuncia che il processore VIA C7 è stato adottato da VXL, uno dei maggiori vendor di thin client a livello mondiale, per la propria gamma di thin client delle serie Itona TC43xx e TC45xx.

VIA Technologies, Inc, a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions, today announced that the VIA C7 processor has been adopted by VXL, one of the world’s leading thin client manufacturers, in its new range of Itona TC43xx Series and TC45xx Series Thin Clients.
Combining ultra low power consumption with advanced levels of performance, the new VXL Itona models feature an elegant new chassis with a footprint 40% smaller than previous Itona models, whilst retaining the innovative fanless format that ensures silent operation and the highest levels of reliability.

The new VXL Itona models boast a rich application set that includes ICA, RDP and UNIX connectivity clients, and are available with a variety of operating systems, including Gio Linux, Microsoft Windows CE, and Microsoft Windows XP Embedded. They are fully featured and boast a wide array of connectivity options and also come with VXL’s latest remote management software, XLmanage.
