AMD Barcelona più veloci del 50% rispetto agli altri quad-core
AMD ha ufficializzato che i nuovi Barcelona saranno più veloci del 50% degli altri processori quad-core a parità di frequanza, la notizia è stata inoltre confutata dai colleghi di fudzilla, sempre attenti a queste novità.
Testualmente: "The new Barcelona projections are based on the latest SPECcpu2006 benchmarks and show that AMD expects to have up to a 50 percent advantage in floating point performance and 20 percent in integer performance over the competition’s highest-performing quad-core processor at the same frequency". This means it beats Clowertown the FSB 1333 server part."
